I read the other reviews for this product, and I have to say that the negative ones I read were wrong. This is the typical design for this kind of chair. A chair like this does roll back easily, if used incorrectly. The people who said that they kept falling back, obviously have no idea how too sit in this type of chair. I have owned several of this type of chair in my life, and they have always been great, this chair is no different. I love this chair, and will continue too buy them in the future. As long as you are not a giant, then you will be fine sitting in it. I have even been able to fall asleep in this chair.

I ordered a video chair for my son at Christmas from another store and the audio broke on the chair. That store gave me the run around on how I could get the chair repaired, my son did not want a refund. I decided to contact Ace Bayou direct and see where I could take the chair to be repaired. They responded right away to my email and assisted me far beyond with what I expected. This item was purchased on a Friday and we received in on Sat. This was awsome and we were so excited we could'nt beleive how fast we got it. My son loves this chair, I wish it was a little bit more sterdy on the bottom and didnt rock so far back but other wise we love it. This item is great for older children and adults. Purchase was so easy and so fast.

First thing...think of the price dont expect more but for the price is think its perfect! is actually smaller than i expected but its fine. i use it sometimes but not for more than an hour.it looks nice n fancy.
